Theme is pre Spanish era. Furnitures and decorations are mostly old/antique.||Clean rooms and courteous staff. With limited amenities, the price might be too high for some.||Conveniently located near mall and city of Lipa.

Great boutique hotel, comfortable beds. Good high end restaurants in the building and many local restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to the cathedral and other sights.

I first saw this hotel on my way to the Lipa Cathedral and I thought I'd book a room if I ever return to Lipa. Husband and I were not disappointed. Rooms are clean, staff are attentive, and the food! Probably the best breakfast experience I've had in a hotel this 2017. We need to go back.

I really love this place. The design is unique, and it resonates with my personal style and appreciation for art and all things vintage! The food is great too! Location is at the heart of Lipa City! This is a great hotel for events, not so much for family stays as there is not much for kids to do in the hotel. The hotel is also intimate with lots of antique furnishing, so it's not always ideal for children. Other than that, I always recommend that people stay here because it is so beautiful! The uniqueness is unparalleled!

The worst hotel I stayed in while I am travelling the world. The WiFi is too slow, I suffered at least 2 power cuts a day, there is no place to put a toilet bag in the bathroom and nothing to put your suitcase and open it comfortably. And …

Great hotel, very unique theme and architecture. We really enjoyed our stay here and I think this will be my go to hotel when I am in the Lipa area. The rooms are very spacious, the and the tv is internet ready. The location is also close to the landmarks within the area.
